Lehigh Valley Music Awards 12

UR MISSION:

The Lehigh Valley Music Awards strives to promote, honor and reward the hard-working musicians and music related businesses in the Lehigh Valley.  Through fundraisers and our Annual Awards Ceremony, we reach into the community by helping other non-profit organizations reach their goals as well. We carefully choose venues and dates, so we know we can make a difference in the area where we hold our events.  With each fundraiser or other event that LVMA sponsors or holds, we keep in our hearts, the following organizations, and others:

Salvation Army, Toys for Tots, Local food banks, Women in Art in Pennsylvania, Turning Point

Our board members and volunteers of LVMA, also share their time with other non-profit organizations. 

Benefit 4 Haiti - January 29th 5 PM - Pitcher's Sports Bar and Grille
Proceeds will likely go to the Red Cross, toward their efforts in Haiti.

LVMA will have a mentoring program a couple of times in the year - in collaboration with Lehigh Valley Blues Network, to provide youth musicians an opportunity to see what it feels like to jam with seasoned musicians from the area and to know what it's like to "play out". In time, we plan to add other events and opportunities for the Valley's young musicians, including workshops, festivals and lessons.

The Lehigh Valley Music Awards are now a member of the Recording Academy and LVMA 12 will be partially sponsored by the Grammys!

There will be a closed board meeting in January and an open board meeting in February.  Please check back for date, location and time. Thanks!
